Know a PERSON..
We think we 'know' a person. We know only our mind and not the person. Consider the following process of the mind:
1. We sense a person as an object through our sense organs (seeing, hearing, touching, and smelling).
2. We compare this data with that stored in our memory. The stored data is the learning we have acquired as of this moment about a person or personality.
3. We use our mind (intellect) to judge which aspects of this data coincide with our likes and dislikes.
4. After this, we create an impression about the person.
5. This impression need not (and always does not) depict the person exactly. Because, the emotional content of that person is not captured
6. Therefore, we have actually created a caricature or marionette (or a doll) out of this process in our mind.
7. We assume this marionette to be that person. It is actually the object in our mind not the PERSON

Nahi yaar it doesnt contradict.. something r felt by heart and some r thought by mind THEY ALWAYS CONTRADICT EACH OTHER.. becoz poets think with heart and rest with mind..

u make it sound like a computer.. completely logical.. but hey !! i think a human mind is capable of much more.
you know what... it could perhaps be the same about your mind... everything is a perception of some idea in our mind.... Infact i often feel the mind itself is a perception.....
